We like to deal with your mortgage from start to finish to ensure that the process is as easy as possible for you, therefore we are happy to deal with the estate agent, mortgage company and solicitors for you should you require. This is incorporated in our services to you.
You can choose how we are paid: pay a fee, usually 0.5% (typical fee for a mortgage of £150,000.00 would be £750.00), or we can accept commission from the lender.
