Our Team
We have experience of the financial services industry dating back to June 1980.
We provide a financial planning service from buying your first home, family protection.
Our association with Quilter Financial Planning means we have the support of one of the most exciting and progressive companies in modern financial services.
Our connection with many mortgage lenders gives us access to many mortgage products available. And, the Quilter Financial Planning Point of Sale system leads the market in on-line trading platforms.

I began my career as a customer service adviser at the age of twenty in a high street bank. I quickly progressed and gained my qualifications to become a mortgage advisor. I went on to become a Branch Manager spending 9 years in that role before venturing out to be a whole of market mortgage adviser with The Mortgage Selection Bureau Ltd in 2013.
I firmly believe that the client comes first and I find deep satisfaction in fully supporting all of my clients throughout the mortgage process, whether they are first time buyers or experienced home owners.
Stuart Franklin
Founder
Stuart Franklin was a hard-working, kind, loyal and very honest man, you could always rely on him giving you his honest opinion. Stuart began his career as a talented Engineer in local firm Garrington’s, becoming their youngest ever manager. With a love of the outdoors, travel, football and his dog Gem, Stu was well known and loved in our local area. Stu moved into Financial services in the late 70’s and went on to set up The Mortgage Selection Bureau Ltd in 2001. Stu wanted the business to keep running after his death and we hope to keep his legacy going from strength to strength in his memory. Stuart Franklin, Nov 1952 – Jul 2018.
